For the purpose of these terms, the name Nestlings' Nook LLC may be used interchangeably with Alexandra Loupatatzi or Nestlings' Nook and its Facilitators. All terms and conditions are applicable to Nestlings' Nook as a company. This website uses cookies, By using this website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of Nestlings' Nook privacy policy/cookies policy.
Unless otherwise stated, Nestlings' Nook and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own personal use. You may not republish material from this website, sell, rent or sub-license materials, reproduce, duplicate or copy or otherwise exploit any of the materials.

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Nestlings' Nook, Alexandra Loupatatzi, and her associates. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website. Mindful Seedlings LLC is the sole company of the information collected on this site. Nestlings' Nook only has access to/will collet information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you. Mindful Seedlings will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Unless you ask Nestlings' Nook not to, you may be contacted via email in the future to tell you about our specials, new products, events or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Nestlings' Nook will take precautions to protect your information. While this site uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, Nestlings' Nook will also protect your information offline. INtellectual property & Social Media Policy
Any materials used online or in person at our facility being are intellectual property of Nestlings' Nook LLC and does not grant permission to anyone beyond our staff to utilize it without a written consent.
You are welcome to post on social media in a cordially and respectful manner when it comes to promoting or sharing any information about your personal experience about the classes, activities, events, meet ups and/or field trips provided by Nestlings' Nook LLC. Please, do not post videos or photos with other persons beyond your family members unless given permission verbally or in writing by them.
Refund Policy
Our day passes and private play dates are non-refundable upon purchase. You can redeem them with proof of purchase up to 1 month later from the purchased date.
Our classes, events and workshops are non-refundable. They can be credited or changed to another similar class (same age range, time frame, duration and cost).
In an event of a cancellation from our end, your purchase is refundable.
Any products bought in our retail store are returnable & refundable with proof of purchase and non-damage to the purchased items.
PARTY POLICY
All party packages are subject to additional taxes. 15% gratuity is added to lower-tier parties and $150 flat rate to higher-tier parties for our Party Facilitators. 30% Deposit is requested within 1 week of booking the event date. The full balance is due 7 days before the event date. You are welcome to cancel up to 1 week in advance for a full refund. You are also welcome to reschedule up to 3 days in advance at no additional charge.
Code of Conduct
At Nestlings' Nook we expect that all Facilitators and Staff Members, students and families act cordially and respectfully with one another, as well as towards the playspace environment. We always clean up after our play or learning time as to respectfully keep our playspace environment inviting for the next attendee. We also expect Facilitators and Staff Members, students and families to stick to their attendance with appropriate arrival time to give enough adequate preparedness for the class/activity or event. We do not discriminate on tardiness but it will affect your quality of experience. We recommend that all students are adequately dressed and prepared for an indoor play experience with socks. All materials for any activity, class or event are always provided for by our Facilitators.
We understand that due to life's uncontrollable circumstances a class/event may not start or end at the stated time. We give a buffer time of not more than 15 minutes to start and end for each class/event.
Health & Safety policy
All of our Facilitators are First Aid and CPR certified with a well equipped first aid kit in hand at all times. We have a Risk Assessment Policy and Emergency Preparedness and Response Policy in place that all Facilitators are updated on.
All cuts, grazes and open wounds must be covered when possible to avoid infection. Major injuries that constitute ‘reportable injuries’ will be reported to the parent of the child and made known to Alexandra Loupatatzi Mallia; Owner of Nestlings' Nook, via email or text message in writing, as well as recorded in our shared “Accident Report File”.
If your child takes medication, has an allergy, sensitivity, needs special needs attention, please include that in your signed waiver form prior to your attendance, and inform the Facilitators especially before a class/event. Ensure medication is available and is only administered by the parent or first aider.
We believe in the respectful freedom and autonomy of each students' needs and thus provide leniency for lunch or snack time when preferred. Though, we also provide allocated time for a snack break. Please provide lunch or snack for your child/ren at every attendance per your preference.
Any student who is showing symptoms of a sickness such as; fever, coughing, runny nose, sneezing, tummy pain, etc. may be asked to leave the facility to better rest at home, by our Staff Members and will be given a full refund or credit towards the next class/event via a report to the administrative team; Alexandra Loupatatzi; Owner & Learning Facilitator.
In order to avoid this inconvenience, we highly suggest to not attend any of our open play times, classes and/or events when you or your child/ren are sick and showing symptoms of an illness.
Playspace principles

Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while visiting Nestlings' Nook.

Adults assume responsibility for the safety of their children and Nestlings' Nook won’t be responsible for any accidents or injuries.

Respect our space, toys, plants and others.

Place shoes in cabby and wear socks prior to entering the play zone (children and adults).

Help us keep the space clean and in order, please clean up at the end of your play time.

All children must utilize the age appropriate allocated play structures, toys and stations.

Food and drinks in the lounge cafe area only please.

Play gently and safely, be mindful of others around you.

Make new friends; include others in your play (no bullying policy).

Practice patience and kindness; let's build a conscious community together.

Want some privacy? Use our quiet zone or calm down area for some personal downtime.

Please be respectful of loud noises; respect your surroundings.

Nestlings' Nook won’t be held responsible for any lost belongings.

No smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or any other smoking device is allowed at any point in or around Nestlings' Nook.

Strollers must be placed in the stroller designated area upon entrance.
Nestlings' Nook has the authority to request for a costumer to leave the facility if the above principles are not followed. A repetition of principle/s breaking will terminate your ability to use our facility!
