Yoga Toddler Time | Pop-Up Class

Come join us for a fabulous 45min fun Toddler Yoga Time with Ms. Jana!

For kiddos 1-6 years and their caregivers! Join us in community, followed by a 1h open play time in our biophilic eco indoor playground!

This fun, interactive class playfully introduces our youngest toddlers through young childhood (1 year - 6 years) to yoga and mindfulness. Families are invited to explore the art of movement and stretch through yoga! It is designed to encourage curiosity and creativity, independence and social relationships, and positive family interactions. This class incorporates yoga in a child-friendly and developmentally appropriate way. Children will engage in lots of singing, fun play with props (parachutes, tunnels, bolsters, bubbles, imaginary play), and practice deep breathing and relaxation skills.
