Call all our seniors in honor of National Senior Health & Fitness Day for a Gentle Hour Flow. Bring along your little one's to play while you enjoy a moment for yourself! Complimentary Healthy Snack will be offered after class for all our Seniors! Feel free to bring a mat. All levels of mobility are welcome!
