Welcome to our Postpartum Mama + Baby Wellness Flow. Our 60min yoga flow is an opportunity to connect with your body and your baby! Ideal for postpartum moms & babies over 6 weeks and with a confirmation for movement from health care provider! Feel free to bring a mat. All levels of mobility are welcome!
