MaMalates Hour

Come join us for a fabulous MaMalates (Pilates) hour for mamas with their little ones! Kiddos get an hour of open play with play facilitation (included in price).

Kim is a certified Pilates instructor and a mama herself. She loves creating space for women to move, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies after birth. Her MaMalates classes are all about building strength, supporting recovery, and making fitness feel doable with your little one right by your side.
